1. The problem with colour-blind people is that there is no fixed rule. My ex-boss *thought* he could distinguish some colours pretty accurately, and one said pointed to a blue plastic table, telling me: "See? I know for instance this table is red." Right. A friend of mine saw everything in shades of grey. RGB(FF,0,0) and RGB(0,0,FF) were the same to her.
    I see that advanced is blue and expert red, well my ex-boss would have a fine time doing both, :-)

    Myself, I'm red-green color blind. I wrote about this before: http://zephyrfalcon.org/weblog/arch_d7_2003_05_31.html#e245. The "demo" mentioned on that page still works. Apparently it's quite baffling to "normal" people that I see hardly any difference between the normal and the protan fire trucks. :-)
