1. Poor fishies! If you're going to 'exploit' an animal for a profit, you should at least grant it enough respect to care for it and make sure it's healthy. That's what they deserve.

4. Actually, it all depends on which individual Petsmart or Petco it is. My local Petsmart is atrocious. The Petco is not much better. The staff at both stores in the fish dept are totally useless.
