When I get to feel like that, I usually do 1 of 2 things:
1) install a new linux distro. Playing around with it is fun for a while, esp if when I see a new itch to scratch with python.
2) Stop using my computer for 2 weeks; just take a hiatus. I'll still program if that's my job, but I won't allow myself to read a website or check non-critical email. When you come back to it, it feels better.
